Fuggin Fabrication & Engineering has been building exhaust and accessories for manufacturers such as Big Bear, Saxon, Jim Nasi, Redneck Eng., Titan and Trask Performance for years. We have also recently opened an additional 4000 square foot facility dedicated to design and manufacturing just exhaust systems.

Fuggin Fabrication & Engineering manufactures the highest quality exhaust system available for American V-twins and Metric cruisers. All of our exhaust systems are designed for maximum horsepower, performance, style and sound. Each of our exhausts designs have been Dyno tested for performance and tuning capability. We manufacture in the USA and only use American steel. Each exhaust style is manufactured in tooling designed for that specific model. This insures repeatability and exact fit on each and every exhaust. Our heat shields are manufactured on the same tooling and plasma cut to achieve the perfect fit.

All Exhaust systems are offered in Black or Aluminum high temp ceramic coating or Chrome, which are internally ceramic coated and some models come with heat shields as a standard. Exhaust systems also include baffles with, mounting hardware, and brackets.
